Guest Policy
The spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service at its sole discretion if a therapist or staff member feels unsafe, disrespected, or experiences any form of verbal or physical harassment from a client. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our guests and team members.
Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive spa services.Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.
We provide spa services to clients of all genders. Everyone is welcome, and we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and comfortable environment for all.
Please note that most of our treatments require clients to lie flat for an extended period of time. If you are pregnant, we kindly ask that you consult with your doctor in advance and inform our staff prior to your appointment, so we can ensure your safety and comfort.
If you have any medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, skin infections, or are currently pregnant or under medical care, please inform our staff before booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for your condition.

Appointment Policy
We encourage you to use our online booking system to schedule your appointments conveniently.
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your final bill. Please note: We accept a maximum of 5 guests at the same time.We accept card payments with a $3 processing fee.(POS charge not us)
Zelle is also accepted with no additional fee. We do not accept Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.
Please kindly bring cash for tips. Thank you for your understanding!Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee. You may update your booking by calling or texting us at 312-866-1568 for assistance.
If you are running late, we kindly ask that you call us so we can inform your practitioner. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may have their treatment time shortened to avoid delays for the next guest.

Gift Card Policy
In-store purchase only.
We do not offer gift cards for online purchase or payment over the phone.
All gift cards must be purchased in person at the spa.Transfers, Refunds, and Expiration
All purchases of packages and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
There is no expiration date on packages or gift cards.
